By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any of our digital courses, mentorship programs, or AI-powered filmmaking tools (“Programs”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Programs.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in or purchase any Program from The Action Method LLC. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Program Description

The Action! Method offers:

- Pre-recorded online courses (including the AI-Powered Short Film Bootcamp and related digital programs)

Digital templates and tools

- AI-assisted educational products

- Mentorship programs and coaching sessions (such as the Signature Screenplay Program)

- Each Program is described on its respective landing page. Content may include videos, modules, downloads, exercises, assignments, community access, or live mentorship, depending on the Program purchased.

3. Payment & Fees

All fees must be paid in full at checkout unless a payment plan is offered and selected. Prices for each Program are clearly displayed on their respective landing pages at the time of purchase.

By purchasing, you authorize The Action Method LLC and/or its Merchant of Record (such as Paddle) to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount due.

4. Refund Policy (Paddle-Compliant 14-Day Policy)

We offer a minimum 14-day refund window for all purchases made through Paddle, in full compliance with Paddle’s requirements.

14-Day Refund Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Eligibility

Refunds may be granted when:

- Requested within 14 days of purchase

- A duplicate purchase was made

- A technical issue prevents access and cannot be resolved by our support team

- The incorrect product was delivered

Non-Refundable Situations (After 14 Days)

Refunds will not be issued for:

- Change of mind beyond 14 days

- Failure to use or complete the Program

- Dissatisfaction with personal results or outcomes

- Inability to achieve a specific artistic, creative, or financial result

5. Intellectual Property

All Program materials, including videos, worksheets, AI prompts, documents, and coaching content, are the intellectual property of The Action Method LLC and are protected by copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, share, sell, or publicly display any Program materials without written permission.

6. Permitted Use

Your access is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

Share login details

Distribute or upload materials to the internet

Resell or repurpose content

Use Program materials to create competing products

7. Confidentiality

Programs may include sensitive or proprietary information, including strategies, workflows, or creative methodologies. You agree to keep all such information confidential and not use it outside your participation in the Program.

8. Code of Conduct

You agree to behave respectfully toward instructors and other participants. Harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the Program without refund.

9. No Guarantee of Results

The Action Method LLC does not guarantee any specific creative, financial, or professional outcome. Results vary based on personal effort, skill, and external factors outside our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Action Method LLC is not liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Loss of income, profits, or opportunities

Technical issues outside our control

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Program.

11. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. No refunds will be issued for violations.

12. Privacy Policy

Your participation is subject to our Privacy Policy, available on our website, which explains how we collect and process personal information.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in California courts.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and apply immediately to all new and ongoing purchases.
